JD Crests
Kajaks decided to order Crests from the BC Athletics Association for the
first time this year, in order to recognize the hard work and achievement of
more of our JD Athletes. Some (especially the younger ones) are not able to
achieve the standards needed for the Kajaks JD Awards, and it was felt that this
program would encourage them to continue in the sport.
See the JD
Manual on the BC Athletics website for an explanation of how the program works.
See 2004 JD awards page for this year's
winners.
